Epitaph. . . .someday?

Beneath this simple stone
It is I but I’m not alone
Tears have shed from a loved one’s face
Worry not for I am in a happy place
With God everything is fine
Abide in Him, Our one true vine

“My Guy”

I always see you smiling

Seems like you want to say something

Can’t read what’s on your mind

But sooner darling, you’ll be mine

Forever won’t be too long

I want you by my side all along

I never had this feeling before

You’re the guy that I was looking for

The way you tease and look at me

Now I can say we’re meant to be

The time that I will walk down the aisle

With God we can surpass every trial

You’re my guy and no one can change that

Will you still care even when I get fat?
